# annuler un abonnement payant CAP RENOV CLOUD

Vous disposez de CAP RENOV CLOUD en version payante (CUMULUS ou CUMULONIMBUS) et vous souhaitez annuler cette option ?
Voici comment procéder.

## Retrograder son niveau de service CAP RENOV CLOUD

1- Depuis l'espace mon compte, rendez vous dans SIMULATION > CLOUD puis cliquez sur "modifier la limite"

2- cliquez sur "rétrograder" pour passer en version gratuite STRATUS

3- Lisez attentivement le message et, si cela vous convient, validez.
